Allows to import animated gifs and merge them

Inspired by https://www.npmjs.com/package/parrotify-cli, provide the "face/hand/hat" feature directly in the service.

In a way so that you can configure anything on the base parrot, then simply switch to /mega with the same parameters and get the same result, but super-size.

When any transparency is set, whichever is the value, gifencoder will try to get the "closest" color to it from the gif bitmap. It sets "Pure black" as the transparent...
