Import Google Takeout for Keep notes doesn't finish and freezes

I got about 27 notes to import successfully. Not all without a few weird filenames, but at least they show up. My Keep is supposed to have almost a thousand...

I know they're only shortcuts but I use them a lot and having to redo my entire home screen on every update is excruciating. Aren't these supposed to stick around?...

Shortcuts will open start screen instead of the vault with "Run in background" enabled.
