可以根据同一个condition的返回值（比如true/false）来决定下一个状态是什么？ 比如本系统的某订单当前状态是：SUBMIT，通过轮询第三方接口获得最终状态是：成功/失败，决定订单的下一个状态是：SUCCESS / FAILURE。
