I just flashed 7.4.3.0 to my skyconnect and with the latest 1.37 zigbee2mqtt and everything works just fine. Driver as ember, and didn't add the rtscts configuration so it's nonexistant.
It's in a different branch (ember-nohw), I have no idea why. But I was just, maybe it works, and it did? (https://github.com/darkxst/silabs-firmware-builder/blob/ember-nohw/firmware_builds/)
