The Problems begin wirh about 15 participants...lags...hangs...disconnects

The problem is suddenly gone in two of my Nextcloud instances after updating to: - Nextcloud 28.0.2 - Collabora 23.05.8.4 Which one of those two Version upgrades leads to success...
