比如产品要求一些简单的下拉选也能够动态配置，比如码如云里面的Plan, 或者某个type, 或者某个现有的枚举，但是将它们配备repository applicationservice 感觉很诡异，我尝试的做法是将聚合根当成它们factory，处理完saveXXX

一点观后感，莫在意，要是使用 [eventuate-tram-events](https://github.com/eventuate-tram/eventuate-tram-core/blob/master/eventuate-tram-events)的设计思想困扰更少一点，这样可以在应用服务中明确的发布了什么事件，比如实现一个[eventuate-tram-producer-jdbc](https://github.com/eventuate-tram/eventuate-tram-core/tree/master/eventuate-tram-producer-jdbc)类似的`eventuate-tram-producer-mongo`。
