Instructions assume you have speedtest-cli installed

Hi @fermelone Thanks for submitting this PR. Speedtest-cli is installed in the Telegraf DockerImage. But if you want to run it from the bare metal it's ok to install it.

Changing the port to **2377** has worked for me. `docker swarm join --token SWMTKN-1-RANDOMTOKEN 192.168.99.100:2377`
