Thanks so much @LucaCappelletti94 for creating a PR. I was able to install it using pip install git+https://[email protected]/reymond-group/map4.git@refs/pull/27/head
I'm having the same issue  Any ideas?
The problem seems to be that the downloaded zinc.tab file is empty (in my case zinc)

I would also greatly appreciate this feature. Chroma fulfills 99% of my needs, but without fast metadata filtering I will have to switch to another vector database.
