`windows-sys` v0.52 requires MSRV 1.56, see https://github.com/microsoft/windows-rs/pull/2568, and tokio will increase MSRV [hopefully this March](https://github.com/tokio-rs/tokio/pull/6154#issuecomment-1826346919), just FYI.
