Any updates on this?
Have the same issue exactly. VSCode is hanging on the `installing SSH keys`. It happens randomly, but most of the time it's not working.
From what I've investigated it just requires a `v2` suffix to be added in the package name `go get -u 'github.com/openai/openai-go/[email protected]'`
