Have you installed any developer jailbreaks, Like to.panga or stuff like that (not including the Electra betas.) ?
Try the latest 1.0.2 . iPhone 7 (A1660, 11.1.1) working perfectly fine and if you can get the logs send it.
Hooking the Present D3D11 function in Steam's overlay (GameOverlayRenderer) would work.
