FormData methods should take a Generic

+1 on this suggestion. Remix's reliance on FormData is making this much more important

@kiliman that's what I meant by maintaining a fork. I wasn't speaking about literally forking the remix repo, just that I have to maintain a copy of the LiveReload component...

@DHFW my understanding is that the Remix team has a different fix in the works for this, but it requires an update on React router which is still pending. @chaance...

Hey @seanbruce. I think we're waiting for the new major version of react router which will, as I understand it, expose an API to handle this

Inserting to database using execute_many much slower than using fetch_all
