The 'local' flag would mean "this information does not contain the whole network" So the client know that is must query all nodes
So we could also name the flag something like 'containsCompleteGraph' :-)
Did another little test, and it has to do with the semi-colon at the end of the line: when I insert a space between the semi-colon and the line-break character,...

Press the 'Check Now' button in the bndtools preferences and see this: 
I just want to overwrite cnf. Maybe with a confirmation. Delete and regenerate is even better.
I use git, so I'm not losing customisations. I get the diffs from git and restore customisation before committing.
where to start? which class to look at?
