Fails when running in CI

@abel-cherinet-liqid I run into the same issue and fixed it running `apk add --no-cache gcompat`. More info [here](https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/issues/6690). Hope it helps! 🙂

Provide an API to access documentation metadata at compile time

I would add "at compile time" to the title, because once compiled I think you can access the documentation using [`Code.fetch_docs/1`](https://hexdocs.pm/elixir/Code.html#fetch_docs/1) :)
