Hi, currently the argparse version on vcpkg is the 2.2. Do we have any ETA on publish the latest version (2.6) or a possibly 2.7 there?

System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe, Version=4.0.4.1 when running a Test Adapter Visual Studio Extension on VS 17.7.x or above.

## Description System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe assembly fails to load the correct version when creating an test adapter extension and this only happens on projects running on VS version 17.7.x and beyond. Works...
