Actually I'm not convinced nbconvert is at fault here. It might be due to using an older version of notebook. I'll be testing that and reporting back.
Circling back to this, months later...it was indeed due to us running older versions. Closing.
The fix for this is use the group() aggregator in promql to ensure uniqueness. For "Running Users" this modification to the promql does the trick: `sum(group(kube_pod_status_phase{phase="Running"}) by (pod,namespace) * on...
Now that we know this is an issue with ephemeral ports, do we still need this? Can the work done here be used to track and send info to prometheus...
