This is part of default vim. WinBar can be added as: ```viml nnoremenu WinBar.test :test ``` and works like menu.

I use Linux GTK3 GUI, Vim 8.2.2601

This also works in terminal, as long as terminal supports mouse.

Common fix is to add `extern "C"` in front of `void app_main()`.

@praphullorahi You can also try `clean` or `cleanall` and then rebuild.
