The correlation between @jeff-cook s issue and mine is that we both use vagrant and probably are both using the /vagrant folder to run the playbook. Vagrant uses a `vboxfs`...

Trident backends remain "online" even when not available

Pull Request command should support creating PR from forked repo

Any updates on this? An equivalent solution to the [hub](https://hub.github.com/hub.1.html) or [gb pr create](https://cli.github.com/manual/gh_pr_create) command would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
