Ubuntu 18.04 run sudo apt install ocl-icd-opencl-dev , worked for me.
It was the biktorgj firmware on the modem, flashed back to stock and no issues. May be worth looking into to allow future use of the custom firmware though

Disable the option for the web server that uses httpd in cmake with `cmake -DMICROHTTPD_ENABLE=OFF ..` Then build as usual `make -jN install`
