backToForeground not working on android 10 but 9 is fine

Starting from Android 10, it seems ilke [google](https://developer.android.com/guide/components/activities/background-starts) has restricted opening app from background activity. It is recommended to use notification to replace it though.

[BUG] java.lang.NullPointerException: context param can not be null.

Happened to have the same issue on our app as well. Any solution for this is appreciated. Thanks.
