Grammar changes not detected during debug unless VSCode restarted.

I think the problem is here (using "/") ![image](https://github.com/mike-lischke/vscode-antlr4/assets/55121778/7525f378-e0a4-4904-85f8-f12dfd40c966) For now, u can use the relative path to fix it out. It works for me.

Go to declaration always shows 2 files, relative and absolute paths

Is there any solution now?
