Cannot import parts of modules ('GridArray' and 'examples')

Hi @mtrocadomoreira! I think this may be because we have decided to expose the containers differently, through ```python from nata import GridArray ``` Unfortunately, I think we forgot to update...

`axes_type` for backend

Since we now building all values when axes are created, I think this does not apply anymore. Am I wrong, @ahelm?
