Currently the documentation on [Rillrate](https://rillrate.com/docs/getting-started/quick-start/) website is empty. As a Rust newbie, I would love to have more infos, at least about how to get started. Thanks ! :chart_with_upwards_trend: :crab:...

This issue is related to the comments done on the PR #39 Globally, it is enhancements of the setup and testing scripts (reduce vendoring...).

As `kube-ns-suspender` embeds a Prometheus exporter, it can be interesting to add already-made dashboards in the project, for example under `dashboards/`.
