Nope, the `host.json` hasn't changed. Only some app insights `trackEvent` were added

@v-anvari i'm running into the same issue. I have `FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION` set to `~3` will it be automatically using the new 3.3.1 version? Or should I change it to `~3.3`
