setting my matching rule to either `host` or `exact` does work for local hostnames, but breaks regular domains... is there a way to get both to work?

tested this, seems to work i also added a shebang to, and made main.py executable so now usage is as simple as `nix-shell --run './main.py'`

didn't see that the change of PR base resulted in a merge conflict i've resolved that if i understood #22829 correctly, define flags that don't need a true / false...
