I don't think so, I just started using this and have the same problem. If a schedule has gaps, so it goes from someone being "on call" to no one...
Example, this schedule has been empty since 6:00pm yesterday, it is now 8:45am:  After restarting the app: 
I got around this in windows by selecting a virtual audio device in windows for the output of Streamwall. Then I just pick up that audio in OBS.
