New VIdeoIn node cannot adress multiple devices of same name

Tested with several lifecam models (def can use multiples have elsewhere). When using the same model x2 the first works the second appears in list but offers no settings

Use padded zeros on filename for image output

Any reason could not use padded zeros? Would make the output much more immediately compatible with many editing and vfx software which require this
