I've only seen this error when using encrypted roms. Try telling GodMode9 to decrypt it just to be sure.

I cannot reproduce the issue with a decrypted ROM, but I can with an encrypted one. Are you sure it's fully decrypted, and not just partially? Can Citra 3DS run...
Are you using a decrypted ROM? IIRC this is the error that results when the ROM's encrypted.
It works fine on my own copy. Is the ROM _fully_ decrypted? Can Citra 3DS run it?

The file is empty and stores no data. How did you get it?
Is this using Sky Editor 4.0.5? Can you upload the save you're using? I'll try to release a small update to report more information later if you'd rather not.
