After building and deploying the application, upon an update, the application fails to reload, either using `extract_restart()` or `extract_overwrite()`. Specially on restart, it renders these errors: - Shell: ~~~ ./MaxPy...

Fixes #1177. I tried `Content-MD5` as well, but that was more involved.
