Any updates on this? Anything preventing this from being merged? This would be a mega-useful feature as there is no good workaround for this currently.

@Jc2k: have you tried Python from MacPorts distribution instead? It’s a completely separate install that does not use system libraries unlike Homebrew.

Same thing happens on Galaxy Tab S10+ running OneUI 7. It has MediaTek processor with SVE enabled.
