I'm trying to build salmon on FreeBSD. First issue, fetchRapMap.sh fails because it calls /bin/bash. Bash on FreeBSD is in /usr/local/bin/bash. This is easily worked around with a symlink. Second...

Tries and fails to change ownership, when ownership is already fine.
