@lookcat Thank you for your post! I was experiencing similar issue when compiling with CPU-only support on Ubuntu 20.04. Adding the "--num_gpu 0" flag worked for me!

Couldn't create asset file / [PrefabBaker] Failed to create asset

I had the same issues as @mgrugl I fixed it by leaving the Lightmaps folder to default and creating in my assets folder this filepath `Assets/Resources/Lightmaps`. Did not work when...
