@LanieOkorodudu all my testers were able to zoom using their phones. I wasn't for some reason, but typically now I tried to replicate the issue, it works as expected. But...
Oh and we used the testers personal phones, so had a good range of apple and android
I suppose my concern is that I don't fully understand what the issue means. But if things are working as we expect, there's not too much else we can do....
