Hi @anqyan, is there any update on the issue? I was told it might take a couple of weeks to address the issue, and two months have passed since then.

Now that another 3 months have passed, I fear the item has been put on hold. Is there any plan or progress with this?

I think we're having the same issue. Looks like the consumer's group state get somehow caught in a loop with an invalid state and does not recover until to restart...

Thanks for the hint. But actually we have a 3 broker cluster and the consumers do consume from different topics and do not share the same groupId already. Your case...
