Rename all CSV files lowercase to match ens-collections.json

ens-collections.json's `csv` field currently contains all lowercase names. However, inside the actual collections/ folder, some CSVs have mixed case. This PR lowercases all csv files so ens-collections.json is correctly listing...

Remove duplicate collections from ens-collections.json

"4 letter dictionary words" and "bengali 999 club" were listed twice, verbatim. This PR removes the dupes.
