The app stops working some times

For me it doesn't work at all. Display turns off with "Allow the display to sleep" option unchecked. After that Macbook Air M1 goes to sleep. ver. 1.6.2 Mac OS...

When opened with photopea, and after using save, when right click again, Mask editor node disappears, does not use photopea, Mask editor node exist?

After Photopea Editor is opened (no matter if Canceled or Saved) MaskEditor disappears from all nodes. Refresh browser tab restores MaskEditor option until Photopea opened again.
