Reporting the same issue. I'll try using emelrad12's pull for now.
Emelrad's fix resulted in a new possible issue where the bot can't see the boss when it's behind user fleet. It just keeps searching for the boss. Here's a gif...
@David1544 Did the bot work on D3 aftewards though? adjusting the similarity value made it able to find the stage, but it can't farm it.
