I think Articles must have an "Author" (a registered and possibly email confirmed user). Comments not so much but definitely moderated as app setting option.
@csharpfritz Need to decide if ratings will be allowed anonymous or require user to be registered in order to rate.
Since we track Article "View Counts", we could query by say Top 10 Articles by View Count and those articles would be the "Featured Articles" to be displayed on HomePage...
