I think this is also happening to those using OldTweetDeck. And appealing brings an immediate rejection message saying rules have been broken, no matter what message you sent.
I'm starting to think they're cracking down on extensions that changes the look of the site or how you use it. And honestly i hate it.
Where are you putting it in the USB profile folder? Its named correctly, its just not loading up the avatar at all.
