@ZedongPeng, I'm not entirely sure all of the things that the `LazyOACallback_cplex` class needs to know, but there's nothing to stop you (I don't think) from storing those things on...
The Jenkins failures are I think Gurobi license related, not related to the changes... So this is ready for review @jsiirola.
@jsiirola, you could solve `disjunct.transformation_block()` (if you added an objective) for not-nested models. But you are right that for nested models, the nested stuff is not a descendant of that...
I think the second bullet should be two different things: 1) shift `name` and `type` to two different values such as `interface` and `algorithm`, and 2) Generalize (and perhaps rename?)...
@ZedongPeng, by the time I got to the GDPopt rewrite, that argument had no meaning since it was buried in unreachable code--see the comment in the code you posted above...
@ZedongPeng, any thoughts on this? Feel free to open a PR if you want to bring it back and/or move it to mindtpy.
