There is WSL and VcXsrv to run graphical applications from WSL. I'll try, maybe, after few days work (today installed it on my laptop with Arch Linux).

I see my "dotspacemacs-startup-lists '((agenda . 5)" when Spacemacs tries open my 'journal.org' file and asks me something about size of my file and how Spacemacs should deal with this...
