KartWheel is actually 2 TUs: KartSus (80598b08 - 8059940c) KartWheel (8059940c - 8059b5a4) because there is initialized float data between KartSus and KartWheel vtables

Remove multiprocessing

@riidefi now that we use ninja, this can be closed

Decompile REL\Resource

ResourceLoaderEx was decompiled as `createMultiDvdArchive` and MultiDvdArchive subclasses (Unk2Archive is probably menu stuff)
