Please support --jscomp_off flag

I use ADVANCED mode. It would be nice to have possibility to set compiler flag `--jscomp_off=checkVars` to ignore undefined variables errors

Fix source-map filename in overwrite mode

Library appends source-map comment to wrong `.min.js` file when use `closure_create_source_map` with `closure_overwrite`.
