downloaded the plugins of [s3](https://www.confluent.io/hub/confluentinc/kafka-connect-s3) and [elasticsearch](https://www.confluent.io/hub/confluentinc/kafka-connect-elasticsearch), then followed [installing kafka connect plugins](https://docs.confluent.io/platform/current/connect/userguide.html#installing-kconnect-plugins)
