Same issue here. If using Buster, reverting to `https://packages.microsoft.com/config/debian/9/prod.list` instead of `https://packages.microsoft.com/config/debian/10/prod.list` works tho.

If it's only for recording device, you can go with "Périphérique d'enregistrement", and output device would be "Périphérique de lecture", and any device is "Périphérique" The other translations are good...
