I am getting this as well. Falling back to 4.14.8 didn't fix it.
The docker-compose.platform.yml file is not using the .env variables. You will need to change the hardcoded values to ${.ENV VARNAME}

+1 I had issues with Stable Diffusion Core with the same error and the following error for SDXL: litellm.proxy.proxy_server.image_generation(): Exception occured - litellm.BadRequestError: BedrockException - Unsupported model=1024-x-1024/50-steps/stability.stable-diffusion-xl-v1
Ultra, Large3 and Large35 work fine.
