getAccessToken throws "TypeError: Cannot read property 'tokenType' of undefined" when third party cookies are blocked

chromedriver doesn't have permission to run

@guitarhero23 this happened to me when deploying from Windows OS. I reran the procedure from an Ubuntu 18 system and it worked. I believe it has to do with Windows...
