I have the same problem... frida/deps/toolchain-linux-x86_64/bin/pkg-config seems to use /usr/lib even if /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/python-3.10.pc has a prefix of /usr. I need to ```/usr/lib$ sudo ln -s ../include```
