you need to run ```gdal2isce_xml.py -i ampdispersion/ampdispersion``` this will create the required xml file.

ISCE doesn't try to stitch multi-track images. Stitching images from adjacent tracks isn't a direct process due to the differences in acquisition geometries (e.g. incidence angle). There are various papers...
