No strand info in circRNACounts when using -F filter

I'm using DCC v0.4.6 and I saw that when setting the -F filter the strand info is no longer specified in the circRNACount result file. I run on one sample.

The contaminant filter fails because the Docker image for BLAT (quay.io/biocontainers/blat:36--0) cannot be pulled
